Physical Therapy Services and Pricing

Physical Therapy Evaluation and Treatment (55 minutes) - $135
Follow-up Treatments (55 minutes) - $125

(Treatment includes manual therapy, dry needling, range of motion/mobility exercises, strengthening, exercise prescription, and lifting analysis)

Payments are made via cash, check, credit or debit card. If applicable you may also use your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account dollars on physical therapy.

Packages*:

• 4-pack: $480 ($120 per session)

• 6-pack: $690 ($115 per session)

• 8-pack: $880 ($110 per session)

  *Packages may be purchased only after an initial evaluation has been completed.

  *Packages expire 1 year from date of purchase.

out-of-network provider

Dara Wellness and Physio is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance. You will pay cash at the time of service, but upon request you will be provided with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance for any available out-of-network benefits. Below you will find a Questions For Insurance link with questions to ask your insurance company regarding the potential for reimbursement. We operate as an out-of-netowrk provider for many reasons. The primary being to provide higher quality care to you, the patient, while saving you time and money in the long run. Dara Wellness and Physio is not a Medicare provider and therefore, due to Medicare rules, cannot accept cash payment for physical therapy services from Medicare beneficiaries.  If you are in need of formal PT and would like a referral we would be happy to provide you with the name of a clinic or therapist that is a Medicare Provider.
